How Do I Return My Item(s)?

1.  Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. Your order number appears on your order confirmation email.

2.  Follow the on screen instructions and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

3.  You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Returns Policy

You can return your items within 30 days upon receipt of your order providing the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all original labels still intact. 

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This will usually be within 2-5 days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. On vary rare occassions we may not be able to accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged or had original tags removed.

If you are approved however, then your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 5 working days, depending upon how fast your bank is at processing this. Usually you will receive the fund back into your account a lot quicker.

Are There Any Charges?

Returns can be costly for a startup such as ourselves but we still want to provide fantastic service to our customers and give them peace of mind when buying. Therefore, we have implemented a paid returns but free exchange policy. This means that: 

1.  All product exchanges are free of charge. Need a different size? Or perhaps prefer a different colour? No problem, you can return the item to us free of charge and we will exchange this for you.

2.  For refunds, We will deduct the cost of your original postage from the final refund amount. So for example, if you purchased a pair of shorts for £22.99 and paid standard delivery of £3.99, you will receive a total refund of £19.00.

3.  For both refunds and exchanges, we will email you a pre paid Collect+ label, helping make the entire process simple and hassle free. Simply print and attach this label to your package and drop it off at one of over 7,500 Collect+ collection points.
