Returns Policy
This page lays out our returns policy in 5 simple steps and provides further information on how to process your return efficiently. Our returns policy is simple and we aim to make this process hassle free for every customer. So let's get to it, introducing our simple 5 point returns policy:
- We operate a 30 day return policy. Please submit your return within 30 days of the date you physically received the item in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All items in the store can currently be returned.
- All exchanges are FREE to send back, we will absorb the postage costs so you don't have to. Simply follow the instructions in our returns centre Linked Here, and you will receive a pre paid label via email along with final instructions. At this time we can only process exchanges for a different size and/or colour of the original item purchased. We cannot offer exchanges for completely different products.
- We are happy to accept refunds within the 30 day return window but the original cost of postage will be deducted from your final refund amount. As a startup brand, this will greatly help us manage costs while still providing peace of mind with our free exchanges policy as mentioned in the point above.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all labels fully intact. We are very much so on the customers side when it comes to returns and refunds but customers deemed to clearly be trying to game the system unfairly may have their return request rejected.
- All items will be fully inspected upon receipt and we do have the right to reject a return should any of the above criteria not been met.
