This page lays out our returns policy in 5 simple steps and provides further information on how to process your return efficiently. Our returns policy is simple and we aim to make this process hassle free for every customer. So let's get to it, introducing our simple 5 point returns policy:
We operate a 30 day return policy. Please submit your return within 30 days of the date you physically received the item in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All items in the store can currently be returned.
All exchanges are FREE to send back, we will absorb the postage costs so you don't have to. Simply follow the instructions in our returns centre Linked Here, and you will receive a pre paid label via email along with final instructions. At this time we can only process exchanges for a different size and/or colour of the original item purchased. We cannot offer exchanges for completely different products.
We are happy to accept refunds within the 30 day return window but the original cost of postage will be deducted from your final refund amount. As a startup brand, this will greatly help us manage costs while still providing peace of mind with our free exchanges policy as mentioned in the point above.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all labels fully intact. We are very much so on the customers side when it comes to returns and refunds but customers deemed to clearly be trying to game the system unfairly may have their return request rejected.
All items will be fully inspected upon receipt and we do have the right to reject a return should any of the above criteria not been met.

For the time being, we deliver to mainland UK only. To be clear, mainland UK includes England, Scotland and Wales but excludes the following areas:
Scottish Highlands
Scottish Islands
Northern Ireland
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight
If you live in the above areas or a different country, we are happy to consider additional requests. If you have a custom request, please use our Contact Form to let us know and we will see what we can do.
Because we are not yet set up to send in bulk in these areas we haven't enabled them in the checkout process so please reach out first to see if we can facilitate your request.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you've selected standard delivery at checkout, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days whereas express delivery will take 1-2 days. The majority of express delivery orders will be delivered the very next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
Some promotions may include free delivery so be sure to keep an eye out for those but in the majority of cases, delivery costs will be £3.99 for standard delivery and £5.99 for express delivery. These choices are presented to you at the checkout.
Can I track my order?
Depending on the delivery service chosen, some orders will be trackable whereas others wont. Please check your confirmation order email for more information on how to track your order.
Will my order require a signature?
Depending on the value of your order, we will require a signature for some orders to ensure the parcel is covered should the unexpected happen. Generally, a lower value order such as an order for one t shirt using standard delivery would not require a signature.
An order of more value will require a signature as we will use a service that helps cover the larger cost of the item, should a courier misplace or lose it. This ensures we can provide a full replacement to you without losing the complete value of the order.
Will I receive order notifications?
Yes, we will notify you once your order has been received and dispatched by us. Depending on the value of items and delivery service used, you may also receive tracking information on your confirmation email to help stay updated on the progress of your order.
If you have a higher value order utilising next day delivery, we've partnered with DPD who provide one of the best express delivery services in the business. In this instance you will receive notifications and more specifically a unique 1 hour delivery slot to ensure you get your order fast and at a convenient time when you will be in.
You will also be able to arrange different delivery times and dates, notify them of a safe place to leave your order, or instruct the driver to deliver to a neighbour.
I'm not going to be home, what should I do?
Try your best to ensure someone is likely to be home on the scheduled delivery date or perhaps consider using your work address as your delivery address. If it's unavoidable or you accidentally miss the delivery, there's no need to worry.
You should receive a note through your letter box highlighting what happens next and a new potential delivery time. Our couriers will usually try to deliver again later that day or attempt another delivery the following day.
For larger next day deliveries, DPD will notify you via email or SMS with a 1 hour time slot of when they plan on delivering your parcel. From here, you will have options to reschedule the time or day, or request the parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
What couriers do you use for deliveries?
In terms of couriers we have partnered with Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to help ensure all our packages are delivered safely and efficiently.
The order I've received is wrong
If you believe you have received an order that is incorrect and does not match with the items on your order confirmation email, please return the incorrect items using our return centre Linked Here. Once you submit the return we will process this for you as soon as possible and you will not be required to pay any return postage.
Items in my order are damaged or faulty
Again, please return the damaged items using our return centre Linked Here. We will get back to you as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue and any return postage costs will be free.
I haven't received my order
Please first check the order tracking in case it has been left in a safe place or with someone else in the household or a neighbour. Be sure to also look out for a delivery note in your letterbox which may tell you the whereabouts of the order.
If none of the above helps, and you believe the delivery has been lost or stolen, please send us a message using our contact form Here and use the 'Lost or stolen' option when sending.
Please do allow at least 5 working days from your expected delivery date before contacting us, just in case there has been an unexpected delay with the couriers delivery schedule.
Some final key points
Please accept that we are unable to deliver and dispatch orders on public holidays. These will be dispatched on the next viable working day and therefore may be slightly delayed.
Some postcode areas may cause minor delays for our couriers. This is extremely rare but can happen if you are in an area which makes deliveries difficult. We will be sure to keep you updated should this be the case.
Please remember that Sunday does not count as a working day so please allow the necessary time to receive your order.
We understand the importance of receiving items that fit and compliment your body shape in the best way possible, therefore, we've created the below size guide to help. In order to minimise returns and wasted orders, please review the size chart if you're unsure on what sized garment to purchase from us.
Ideally, you should measure yourself first. If you already know your measurements, feel free to jump down the page and view the relevant size chart by clicking one of the links below:
If not, take a quick look at the illustration below, grab your measuring tape and make a quick note of your measurement numbers. For tops, you only require chest, waist and hip measurements. For bottoms, measure your inseam, hip and waist. We've included tips on how to measure each area below.
Chest
Take your top off and place the start of the tape measure on the front fullest part of your chest (either the left or right side) and secure it in place with your thumb or fingers so it does not move. Then wrap the tape around the back of your body until the other end of the tape measure reaches the initial starting point where your finger is.
The tape measure should travel under your arm pits and should be kept as horizontal as possible. Try not to let it dip down on your back as you may lose some vital measurements here as your upper back is generally fuller than the lower back. Where the tape measure points meet, take this reading and this will be used as your chest measurement.
Waist
The waist is situated just above your belly button and should be measured at the narrowest part. You can easily identify this if you're measuring yourself by standing in front of a mirror.
Take your top off and place the start of the tape measure on your front body and wrap it round the back of your body. Be sure to keep the tape measure as horizontal as possible until it meets the initial starting point. This will be your waist measurement.
Hips
The hips are located further down the body as per the illustration above and you should measure the widest/fullest part. Stand with your feet together while measuring. If you're still confused, imagine wearing a pair of bottoms, the waistband of those bottoms will usually sit just above your hip bone so look for the widest part of your body below the waistband of your bottoms or shorts. It's likely to run across the top of your buttocks too.
Inseam
The best way to measure the inseam is to find a pair of bottoms that fit you well and have the desired length you require. The inseam is then measured from the crotch seam of the garment down to the hem (bottom). This is not to be confused with the inside leg measurement which is actually taken from your body instead of the garment.

t-shirts and hoodies
If your body measurements result in two different suggested sizes, order the size that is recommended by your chest measurement. If you fall in between sizes, for example, a 38 inch chest falls into size S and M, we would recommend going for the bigger size.

Joggers
If you're on the borderline of two sizes, say for example you have a 31" waist, we'd recommend purchasing the larger size. If your body measurements for hips and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size that is recommended by your hip measurement.

* The inseam for the joggers is fixed and will fit perfectly for anyone with an inseam between 30 and 32 inches. This will cater for the majority of people.
If you fall slightly under the range, you will simply have a slightly baggier garment. This won't be an issue unless you are significantly under. If you're over the range, depending on how far, the higher up the end of the trouser leg will ride. Again, if you're only slightly over, it shouldn't be an issue.
If you're significantly over, perhaps the style may not be for you. If you're unsure you can always try it, and then use our Returns Process if it's not quite right for you.
Shorts
The same applies here as for the joggers. If you're on the borderline of two sizes, say for example you have 31" waist, order the bigger size. If your body measurements for hips and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size that is recommended by your hip measurement.

Using the size chart correctly
Using our size chart is super simple! Once you have your measurements ready, locate the chart for the specific garment you'd like to check the fit on. Now check the very first column of the chart and start on the second row, the cell below 'Size'. Take your already calculated number for this measurement and move across to the right of the chart and find which number range this falls into.
Once you've found the range your measurement number falls into, check the column header that the cell correlates to at the top, and this will tell you your recommended size. Replicate the same process with your other 1 or 2 measurements to check that they also fall into the same recommended size.
A quick example
If you're buying a t shirt and your chest measurement is 39 inches, locate the chest measurement row on the left hand side of the table, then move across to the right of the chart until you find the number range that the number 39 falls into. In this example, it falls under the column heading medium and you would therefore look at purchasing a T-Shirt in size M.
Falling in between sizes explained further
There's a chance that you may fall in between 2 different recommended sizes on the chart. For example, our medium (M) sized t shirt has a 38-40 chest range and our large (L) sized t shirt has a 40-42" chest range. If you're chest measurement comes in at 40" you will fall into the medium and large sizes.
It's no big deal and the resolution is simple. We recommend going for the slightly larger size to ensure you will have no problem with it being too tight. If it's a little loose, please also take into account that due to the nature of the fabric being used (cotton), after it's first wash it will become slightly more fitted so this is also why we'd recommend choosing the larger size.
Got two different recommended sizes?
Again, not a big issue at all. Let's take the t shirt example again. Say your chest measurement of 39 inches recommends a size medium on the size chart, but your waist measurement of 34 inches recommends a size large, always purchase based on your chest measurements recommended size. In this case, a size medium should be purchased.
For T-shirts, chest measurement always takes priority so buy based off the chest measurements recommended size. For joggers and shorts, hips will take priority and you should purchase the recommended size based off your hip measurement and not your waist.
Not happy with the fit?
No problem, please feel free to return the garment to us by following our Returns Policy and we will happily exchange it for a new size.
One last note about the fit of our garments
Sole Ambition garments have been designed and manufactured to be slim and fitted. This means that the garments are not loose, nor are they tight, they have been designed to find the perfect balance while minimising excess material or bagginess, and providing a flattering aesthetic look and style.
If you're looking for a more over-sized style and the garment description does not state that the style is an over-sized fit, please consider purchasing one size larger than you would normally order.

Product Description
Brand new from our Startup Collection are these incredibly versatile men’s slim fit gym bottoms. Produced entirely in the UK, the bottoms feature a unique navy marl colourway with three invisible styled zipper pockets. One on either side and one at the back. Each pocket is spacious and ideal for storing items such as mobile phones, cards, keys and wallets. We’ve built these gym bottoms with comfort in mind so we’ve used quality cotton material for the construction of the garment, while incorporating a slim fit design that hugs the lower body. For added comfort we’ve made the top half of the bottoms a little more relaxed around the crotch and thigh areas to help ensure there’s no unnecessary restrictions during exercise.
To enhance the fit and feel of the bottoms further, an elasticated waistband has been added and does a fantastic job of minimising movement while providing additional support around the waist area. Perfect for everyday use or exercise. A cotton optical white drawstring has also been included to help finish off the look with bullet styled tipped ends. Looking after your garment is important and we're here to make that process a little easier. We've added wash care labels to all our garments but instead of letting you rustle around for them, we will add all the label information below so there's zero confusion on how each garment should be washed and treated:
